Hearing Tests & Consultations
We perform full diagnostic hearing tests and discuss the results and treatment options with you, providing you with the necessary information to make the best decision for your hearing needs.
Risk Free Hearing Aid Trial Period
There is absolutely no obligation and no return or exchange fees charged if you decide not to keep a hearing aid at the end of the trial period. If the first hearing aid you try does not meet your needs, we are happy to provide you with a trial of another hearing aid.
Hearing Aid Repairs
All minor hearing aid repairs are performed on-site. If factory repairs are required, we arrange to send your hearing aids for repairs and return them within a timely manner. All repairs are provided at no charge during the warranty period.
