We’ve had such an incredible year here, and when it came to figuring out how to share it with you, we decided that a blog post was the best way to gather all of our thoughts together.
It’s such a privilege to be your hearing health partner, and we’re all so grateful for you being part of our community. To find out what everyone on our team was thankful for this year, we asked each team member one question:
What’s one thing that you’re grateful for that our patients have helped contribute toward?
Here are everyone’s answers.
“I am thankful for the stories our patients tell us about how their lives have improved through hearing care. It makes our jobs so rewarding to hear this on a daily basis!”
“I am grateful for the long-term relationships we get to develop with our patients. Because of this, I get the joy of helping them along their better-hearing journey long into the future.”
“While I’m thankful I get to help people for a living, I’m particularly thankful that some of my patients are my family and close friends.”
“I am grateful for the opportunity to change lives through providing the best hearing health care that I possibly can.”
“I am grateful for the personal connections we make with the patients, like patients asking how my kids are, or when I am able to ask how they and their family members are doing.”
“I am so grateful that our patients have been so kind and understanding as I am navigating this new position as their patient care coordinator.”
“My patients have given me a sense of feeling truly appreciated, and they make me feel trusted.”
“We get to know our clientele and develop relationships with them through helping them. We care about them, but I think what is really neat is that they care about us, too. I am grateful for this, and I am grateful for the feeling of having a small part in improving people’s lives.”
“A feeling of joy in the workplace.”
“I’m grateful for the continuous opportunities to learn and grow every day through co–worker and patient feedback.”
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to work in a helping profession! Not every job allows you to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day. There’s nothing quite like guiding someone through their hearing aid journey and seeing them be able to do the things they love again!”
Thank You for Being You
We’re all so grateful for many different things, but most of all, our thankful feelings are thanks to you! (Try saying that three times fast!)
