If your hearing aids were acquired elsewhere and you’re not quite ready for new devices, this plan gives you access to expert support, measurements, adjustments, troubleshooting, and routine care from Maico’s hearing care providers.
What’s included
Our Adoption/Extended Service Plan will typically include:
Case history review to understand your hearing journey and experience to date.
Otoscopic examination to evaluate ear canal anatomy and overall ear health.
Professional hearing aid cleaning, including suctioning microphone and speaker openings.
Gold-standard real ear measurements to confirm whether your devices are programmed for your current hearing levels.
Expert adjustments and fine-tuning based on an up-to-date hearing test and your listening preferences.
Cell phone pairing and app orientation as needed for compatible devices and phones.
Access to drop-in hearing aid clean and checks, troubleshooting, and support whenever you need help.
Loaner devices may be available if your hearing aids require repair or replacement, helping you stay connected.
Investment: $200/device per year*
*Additional fees may apply for hearing aids that are out of the manufacturer warranty and/or require manufacturer parts or repairs. Our staff will verify all warranties and costs on your behalf.
