Holly Rowsell

Patient Care Coordinator

Holly is originally from Mount Pearl but has lived in Grand Falls-Windsor since marrying her husband in 2003.

She brings more than 13 years of administrative experience to her current role, primarily gained as a medical secretary. In 2010, Holly returned to college, and in 2013, she earned a three-year diploma in business management with a specialization in human resources from the College of the North Atlantic.

Holly joined the Maico Hearing Service team in 2022. She started in Grand Falls-Windsor in a casual, on-call role and has since transitioned to a part-time patient care coordinator.

Her personal experience using hearing technology for over 30 years makes her a valuable asset to our team. She is deeply committed to assisting individuals with a hearing loss and is excited to contribute to enhancing their quality of life.

In her free time, Holly coaches bowling for Special Olympics Newfoundland and Labrador and serves as the registrar with the local chapter. Her son is a national gold medallist in bowling with Special Olympics, which is something she is very proud of. She also enjoys spending time with her cat, Ozzy, and her snake, Cornelius.

An avid writer, Holly has produced and edited the quarterly newsletter for the Grand Falls-Windsor Heritage Society since 2019.
